Marissa Pratt
Marissa is a critical partner, managing firm-wide operations, ensuring that strategy, processes, and client service work seamlessly together. An alumna of Appalachian State University, she earned her B.A. in Marketing in 2006. Marissa’s professional background spans small business operations, project management, and marketing across multiple industries, including finance, non-profit, and special events. Her broad experience allows her to bring both structure and creativity to the firm’s operational strategy.
Outside of GWA, Marissa enjoys time with her husband, Johnny, and their three children—Ansleigh, Brooks, and Cosette. Whether managing a project at work or coordinating family activities, she approaches each role with dedication, organization, and an eye for detail, helping ensure both the firm and her household run smoothly.
